Meet Our Providers
Smith, Kate, PA-C

Kate Smith was born and raised in Oklahoma.  She received her bachelor’s degree in music from the University of Oklahoma and went on to receive her master’s degree from the physician associate program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2009.   She joined SWMC in October of 2010.

She is a certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants.

Kate resides in South Bend, IN with her husband and daughter.  She enjoys church activities, reading, and music.
